On Tuesday February 7th, the 9th Circuit Court received written and oral arguments for and against President Trump’s ‘Muslim Ban’. The Ban was in effect-struck down by U.S. Federal District Judge James Robart by way of him granting a Temporary Restraining Order on Friday February 3rd.  We are now awaiting the 9th Circuit’s ruling on the matter, which is expected this week. In the mean time, all of the main provisions of the Executive Order remain suspended – everyone can travel as normal in and out the US.
