You need to work closely with the client so they understand exactly what evidence is required.

You should now have a good understanding as to how we build an EB1 case, but much of this evidence comes from the client. That means that we need to chase in this evidence from the client, and to do that we be sure the client has a very clear idea as to what we need from them.

Additionally, it is important for the management staff to know the status of every case in the firm. To accomplish this, we have developed Client Summary Sheets. In completing these sheets, you will become familiar with what evidence the client has provided and what is still outstanding. With this understanding, you can them chase them accordingly..
