We’re absolutely thrilled with the number of clients we have helped this year with their fiancée and marriage visa. It’s not quite like playing cupid, but its like being a guest at the wedding. We handle fiancée and marriage cases every day and we enjoy these cases so much that we can’t get enough of them.  This having been said we do want to continue to urge potential clients not to attempt to do these cases themselves. Many do and sadly sometimes these cases go so badly wrong that the “I do” turns to “I don’t” because of the compounded stress of the whole relocation thing, the marriage and the immigration process and when things start to go wrong clients can quickly get overwhelmed to the point where everything gets called off. Sometimes, I get calls from potential clients where they have tried to do it themselves, and some how wound up either being deported or denied entry based on something they were told by a friend of a friend that it would be ok and how it worked for them, only for my potential client to discover too late that they had now blown their case.

Because I get these desperate calls to my office almost on a weekly basis I feel I have to repeatedly share this message with our readers: do not represent yourself because whilst in some instances your case may turn out just fine, if your case runs into difficulties or you include information you should or should not had done, or if you travel in or leave at he wrong time you could actually mess up your case and your future and just be hiring a really qualified attorney you could have saved yourself a lot of stress and upset.

If you have never experienced seeing someone deported up close and personal, then you have no idea what it feels like. If you’ve never seen a relationship in ruins over immigration difficulties then its very difficult to imagine how that could happen to you. Well, because I practice immigration I’ve seen up close and personal too many tragedies that could have been avoided if the alien had gotten advice from me before they had acted. Only last week a potential client had paid $4,000 to an ‘Immigration Outfit’ and the advice they gave her resulted in her being deported. Now she has hired me to try and unscramble the mess.  Don’t let this be you. Make sure you hire an actual law office, not an ‘immigration outfit’ of which there are many, or even try to do this yourself to save money.

When you hire us to represent you, you’re making a statement to yourself that you do not want to take chances with your American Dream and that you recognize that your future is so precious that you want to do everything you can to make sure your immigration experience is handled with expertise, professionalism and responsibility. If this is the representation you’re looking for please call me today and let’s get the ball rolling the right way.
