The EB1 Process 

After speaking with various lawyers Tracey and her husband were dismayed with the legal advice they received and believed that the prospect of moving to the United States was out of reach. First, she was able successfully satisfy 3 of the 10 categories for the EB1 and display that she would continue to work in her field of extraordinary ability once she arrived in the United States. The three categories she utilized were: Judging, Critical Role, and High Salary. For each of the requisite categories Tracey was able to provide a wide range of evidence to support the categories.

Not only did Tracey have evidence to support the three categories she had also won several awards for her work in the hospitality industry. Her ability to work up and build the prestige of hotels was evident from her critical role letters and the supporting evidence she provided. As a result of her work the hotels experienced an increase in revenue as well as an increase in the number of bids awarded to the hotel. Tracey was highly commended for her work and this was evident throughout her case.

Achieving the Dream 

When Tracey’s EB1 Petition was approved, she received a call from her husband who informed her of the good news. In complete shock, she asked her husband to double and then triple check the results to ensure that she really did receive an approval. Days later, Tracey was still on cloud 9!
