Tell me about where you are from and a little bit about what you do?

I was born and raised in Uttar Pradesh, India. After completing my education, I came to the United States in 2015 to pursue a Master’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Currently, I work as a Senior Product Manager – Technical at one of the leading cloud companies, based out of Virginia. My focus has been on building products that provide cloud education opportunities at no cost to learners globally. It’s been a rewarding experience to contribute to making cutting-edge technology accessible to a wider audience.

Why do you want to live in America? Whats so special about America?

Technology has always been a passion of mine, and I am fascinated by how it shapes and impacts society. As a technology professional, it was evident that America is at the forefront of the latest tech innovations. The United States truly is a land of opportunities, and I experienced this firsthand when transitioning from a developer role to a Product Manager role, where I received tremendous support and encouragement from my peers. The vibrant technology ecosystem, coupled with the diverse and inclusive culture, makes America a special place to live and work.

What was your visa choice and how did you come to that decision?

Initially, like many others, I was in the H1B visa queue with an EB2 priority date of 2020. However, the uncertainty surrounding the timeline for obtaining a Green Card through the EB2 route was concerning, both for me and my family. Despite working for one of the world’s leading cloud companies, there was always a risk associated with the visa status. Thinking about the long-term stability and future of my family, it became a straightforward decision to pursue the EB1A path, which offered a more direct and expedited path to permanent residency.

How would you describe your experience in working with us?

Working with Chris Ingram’s team was an exceptional experience. They thoroughly reviewed my profile and provided guidance on aligning it with the EB1A criteria. Throughout the process, I received constant feedback on my progress, and the firm did an outstanding job researching and collecting evidence that accurately highlighted my expertise. The case workers shared valuable insights, ensuring that my achievements and contributions were showcased in the most impactful manner.

What were some of the evidence challenges you had to work on in the preparation of your case?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was crafting the evidence in a format that aligned with the USCIS requirements. The team provided invaluable feedback and guidance in identifying the right context and highlighting the most relevant aspects of my work that would be impactful for the EB1A case. They helped me omit unnecessary details and focus on the core elements that would strengthen my application.

What were you doing when you found out you were approved? What was your immediate reaction? How did/will you celebrate?

I received the news of my approval while attending a meeting in the office. Initially, I couldn’t believe it and had to refresh the case status multiple times to confirm it wasn’t a mistake. As soon as the meeting ended, I called my wife to share the exciting news. It was a moment of overwhelming joy and relief, knowing that our efforts had paid off. We plan to celebrate this milestone with our family and friends, cherishing the newfound stability and opportunities that lie ahead.

Would you recommend your family and friends and why?

Absolutely, I would highly recommend Chris Ingram’s services to my family and friends without hesitation. Throughout my journey, I witnessed firsthand the firm’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their clients. They provided invaluable guidance, ensuring that every aspect of the case was meticulously prepared and presented. Their commitment to success and their unwavering support made the process smoother and more efficient. I have already shared my positive experience with my network, and I firmly believe that Chris Ingram’s team can help others achieve their immigration goals with confidence and peace of mind.
