10,000 Green Cards for Unskilled Workers

Solve Labor Shortages with EB-3 Green Cards

Attract Top Unskilled Workers to Your Business

Welcome to the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram’s EB-3 Green Card video! Struggling to fill unskilled jobs like trucking? We help U.S. employers tap into 10,000 annual Green Cards to recruit foreign workers, ensuring a steady workforce and permanent residency for their families.

EB-3 Green Card: The Solution for Employers

The EB-3 Unskilled Worker Green Card targets jobs requiring less than two years of training, where U.S. workers are unavailable. Employers must prove exhaustive recruitment efforts through Department of Labor (DOL) advertising requirements. Our expert team guides you to secure a Labor Certification, unlocking the right to hire foreign workers.

Streamlined Process for Success

Once the DOL issues your Labor Certification, we file Green Card applications for your selected employee and their family (spouse and children under 21), with employers covering only the main employee’s paperwork. The process takes 9–12 months, though backlogs may extend timelines. We’ll check current processing times for you anytime.

Build a Continuous Talent Pipeline

With a 9–12-month process, smart employers maintain a recruitment pipeline, adding new candidates monthly to address chronic shortages. Green Cards are a powerful incentive, attracting dedicated workers despite the wait. Once established, your pipeline ensures a steady flow of eager recruits, preventing future gaps.

Win-Win for Employers and Workers

Offering Green Cards sets your business apart, drawing committed foreign workers ready to navigate the process. This builds a reliable workforce while granting employees and their families lifelong U.S. residency. Our expertise ensures compliance and efficiency, making it a seamless win for all.
