Fabulous experience working with these folks - very knowledgeable and professional, and supported me well throughout the green card process

Thanks Chris Ingram law office for a smooth and straight forward process for my EB1 case. Let me breakdown my experience with them: 1. Intake: detailed breakdown of the categories that I could apply for. Tim was my intake specialist and he answered all the questions I had and gave me confidence to choose this lawfirm to support my case. 2. Onboard: pay the lawyer fees accordingly. I started end of Jan 2024. 3. Paperwork preparation: the team was available to talk to me via conference call appointment a few times. Majority of the communication will be via email. For my case, I focused the energy on 3 categories + Merit. The team shared the template for the recommendation letter for me. However, from data gathering and writing recommendation letter for signing, I had to all do it by myself. Once having all the approved document for each category, then they would proceed with having the category for writing by the legal team. Things happen in series so my entire case was not ready to be shipped out till end of August 2024, so plan your time wisely. I was hoping the team could be a bit faster, and they got back with additional charges if I wanted to expedite the case filing. I think this was just misunderstanding and later they clarified their intention, which I appreciate the transparent and professional communication language that the entire team upholds. Sometimes the email feels a bit generic and repetitive, but maybe that’s part of professionalism and ensure of constant reminder for your case. 4. Case shipping: they shipped with priority Fedex mail and provide me with a scanned document for the entire package, so I know things are included part of my petition. A tracking number was shared once the case got shipped as well. I paid for PP, and received the decision notice in time promised. I had a great experience working with Mary Perez and Judith. They were super responsive in answering all my questions. Mary was pretty thorough in drafting up the petition. It was definitely a roller coaster ride, initially I did not have good case workers then eventually after a lot of persistence and weeks of followup I was assigned to Mary and things started to move for the best. However, we received a NOID in our petition after filing, which Mary and I were able to turn around with our determination and efforts. While the case workers are putting their efforts , the petitioner also needs to put equal amount of effort (if not less) in giving the evidences and proper artifacts. I would say Mary is a rockstar and a gem to this firm. I would highly suggest her for your case.

It was never easy to procure EB1. My Attorney Valerie and the firm did an exceptional job . We had initial hiccups but in the end with intense reviews , organized paperwork and coordinated communication we all made it possible as a team.

All's well that ends well. I am writing an unbiased review based on my last 2 years of interactions with the firm. Firstly, I got EB-1 approved, so thanks to Chris and his team. Please note that they will get to it sooner or later but you need to keep pushing and be patient at the same time (take it as good or bad). It would not have been possible if they had not guided me along. Keep in mind that the firm will only guide you, you have to do all the ground work. You need to give them the ammunition to fire with their "expert" gun. A few names to mention who have contributed to this success, thanks to you all. Jackie Iffie for resolving my complaints (read later part). Annie Misra to followup and put my case back on a timeline. Amit and Stuti for taking an undone case and steering it to completion. Here are the heartburns for which I am keeping a star with me and hoping that the firm works on these issues: -The customer portal is not setup for sending emails. I lost 4 months thinking I am not getting any response to my sent emails. -My previous case worker would not appear for scheduled consultation calls. What's the point of scheduling something if you are not going to call or call at my dinner time. -Combine the two above, i was totally lost for a while. (That is when I approached Jackie for help and she made it move). -The case workers take 3-4 days or longer to respond. My expectations are higher as I go home checking all my emails and responding to them the same day. ( believe me some days I get over 100) -Not all emails get responded, may be the case workers are overbooked. (For me, communication isn't complete unless you get confirmation of receipt.) -I would have preferred a periodic update directly from a caseworker rather than having auto-generated inaccurate updates. A monthly update would have done it but at least an accurate reflection of completion. The firm shall plan/allow for monthly one on one catchups between a case worker and the petitioner.

I reached out to Chris Ingram almost 3 years back. I wanted to file a EB1a green card and wanted to see if I was eligible to apply. The initial call was very impressive, and they provided all the required information, answered all my questions to satisfaction and also sent out details about EB1a Green card and their categories. Infact they have prepared some very good videos explaining the categories and process. I did sign up for their services right away. After signing, they evaluated my case in detail based on my resume and all the information and came up with a strategy regarding the categories and process. They clearly recommended which categories I can go with and what is required to strengthen my case in those categories. They are very methodical in their approach particularly their weekly updates where they clearly mention the progress and the remaining items. These weekly updates helped me as a reminder. I would specially like to thank my case workers Farhan and Adriana who helped my on weekly basis with all the help and answering my pestering questions. The best thing about their services is that they have a standard format for each category which helps you significantly to prepare for those categories. I would also like to thank case managers Jackie and Annie who helped on urgent basis when one of my case workers left in the first year and found another great case worker immediately and Gladys for helping with all final the documentation and finally I would like to thank Mr. Chris Ingram for helping out with my EB1a case. My EB1a I140 got approved in May of this year. I would recommend their services infact I did recommend their services to my colleagues, and they also signed up. My journey with Chris Ingram Law Office was excellent and memorable one.
