AOS Visa Part 3

AOS Visa Part 3

Adjustment of Status Guide: Spouse Green Card Journey – Part 3

Resolution: Priti and James’s Triumph

Priti and James’s AOS approval in Chicago came just as Advance Parole cleared for Priti’s Mumbai trip, guided by our travel videos. The USCIS officer, impressed by our firm’s robust portfolio and coaching, granted permanent residency. Nine months later, their cultural dance studio thrived, with our support easing integration despite 2025’s crackdowns.

Recap of Part 2

Part 2 covered post-approval steps, travel risks, cultural challenges, and our 500+ video resources navigating 2025’s USCIS scrutiny. Priti and James’s success highlighted our expertise in overcoming unlicensed consultant errors.

Why AOS Denials Happen

2025’s crackdowns fuel denials from intent misrepresentation (Section 214(b) violations), travel without Advance Parole, weak evidence, and high-risk country scrutiny (e.g., Ghana), demanding expert navigation.

Avoiding Common Mistakes

  • Intent Misrepresentation: Avoid planning marriage on a nonimmigrant visa—our videos ensure transparency.
  • Travel Risks: Secure Advance Parole early to prevent reentry bans—our guides detail the process.
  • Weak Evidence: Submit joint records and affidavits, our tutorials strengthen your case.
  • Unlicensed Help: Avoid consultants risking denials, our expertise safeguards your journey.

Unlicensed Service Risks

Unlicensed consultants and inexperienced lawyers often miss intent or travel issues, leading to denials. Our firm, with nearly two decades of experience, corrects these with video guides and passionate support.

Case Study: Kwame and Sarah

Ghanaian entrepreneur Kwame and U.S. teacher Sarah dreamed of a San Francisco tech hub, but Kwame’s B-2 intent misrepresentation and an unlicensed consultant’s weak petition caused denial. Our team appealed with evidence (wedding videos, joint accounts) and coaching to address fraud scrutiny, will it succeed?
