Do You Have a Special Talent?
Oftentimes talented individuals do not realize exactly how talented they are, so the first step in evaluating your career is to set aside modesty – easier said than done. Each individual that is seeking a green card based on the possibility that they may be an alien of extraordinary ability has a high level of talent, whether it be in business, the arts, music, engineering or any number of other fields. Identifying this talent is the first step to determine how you may be able to qualify for an EB1 Green Card for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability.

What is Your Special Talent?
When asked about talent, many individuals are unable to determine their talents, especially if they are not a world-class singer, or artist, or if they do not have an Academy Award. It is important to remember that there are many types of talents, and we have worked with a wide variety of individuals who are all extraordinarily talented.
Sridhar is an electrical engineer who has worked in the US for several years developing voice-to-text and Bluetooth technologies for mobile applications. When Sridhar first started evaluating his case with us, he was unsure if the EB1 would be successful for him, but as he was able to look more closely at his achievements, Sridhar was able to find a significant amount of evidence to support his application for an Alien of Extraordinary Ability.
Chris is an animator who has used his skills in both filmmaking and the advertising industry, securing more than 90 awards for his work. Working with leading advertising agencies such McCann Erickson and Saatchi and Saatchi, Christopher won a National Gold Addy Award, which is the highest award in the advertising industry. Christopher has continued to use his animation talents to produce films that can be seen at the best festivals around the world.
David was perhaps one of our more skeptical clients, and after he came to us in search of an investment visa to start, we were able to identify his talent for developing after-market parts for motorcycles. With David’s own designs found in the best bikes around the world, including Ducati, KTM and Harley-Davidson, his talent was clear to us, though it took David awhile to believe in the process.
How Do I Turn My Talent Into a Green Card?
Each successful individual has risen up the ranks of their industry as a direct result of their talents. Once we can determine which talent is specific to you, we can then determine how best to apply the EB1 Alien of Extraordinary Ability categories to the case. In satisfying three of the ten categories, talented individuals are provided with the opportunity to apply for green cards and bring those talents to the United States.
To see if your talents can be used to secure an EB1 Green Card for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, fill out our free consultation form and we can get started.
