Tell me about where you are from and a little bit about what you do?
I am from Madhya Pradesh, India, and I am a software engineer by profession. I have also been a tech entrepreneur in India for over a decade.
Why do you want to live in America? What’s so special about America?
My eldest son was born here (thus a US citizen by birth) though I took him back to India. Later my youngest brother also came here and rose in his career as a manager in a reputed organization. My son, wife, and brother wanted me back in the USA. I aimed to settle in America to give my family a better life and to reach greater heights in my career. The United States is better due to its quality of life and the respect I get in my profession.
What was your visa choice and how did you come to that decision?
EB1A was the visa of my choice because I had lots of credentials that matched the requirements of this highly coveted visa.
How would you describe your experience in working with us?

What were some of the evidence challenges you had to work on in the preparation of your case?
While I worked in the USA, I had to dig through much of my achievement history from the documents I had in India. Since more people were noticing my research, I waited until I felt I had the necessary attention from prominent institutes/folks in the field and online media before completing this process.
What were you doing when you found out you were approved? What was your immediate reaction? How did/will you celebrate?
It was evening, and I was shopping to prepare for an upcoming out-of-state business travel. I received the EB1A approval notification on my mobile app. I immediately pinged my case folks, Mary and Amy, for a cross-confirmation. Trust me, I was in awe and blown away for the next few days until I received the USCIS on-paper approval notice. I celebrated the news with my family including my brother and mom, who originally inspired me to pursue this path.
Would you recommend your family and friends and why?
