EB1 Green Card App Developer

EB1 Green Card Success - Iliya in his early twenties proves the theory that you’re never too young to qualify for an EB1 green card if you can demonstrate your extraordinary ability in your field. Iliya, is a software developer who designed and trademarked MoneyWiz and Sync Everything! one of the most popular personal finance apps available on the Apple operating system. Iliya has developed quite a professional profile where his work has been discussed in one-on-one interviews and product reviews in various technology and Apple publications such as MacStories, iGuides and iPhoneLife to name but a few. You could say that Iliya programmed or coded his own green card. What we loved most of all about working with Iliya is his approach to working on his green card case, for Iliya he was very professional and workman like in that he just made getting his green card his job and worked his case in that manner to completion, no fuss, no distractions, we just worked together as a team on this project and after we submitted the case it was approved. Congratulations Iliya on doing an outstanding job.

Hi – I am from Bulgaria, Europe and I am a serial software entrepreneur. So far I’ve started 4 software companies and working on my 5th.  Our interest with the US came after traveling extensively around the world and in the US, being able to compare different countries (including Bulgaria) to the US and being able to meet a lot of people with similar interests. Eventually we’ve decided that of all the places we’ve been to, we liked US the most and that’s how we’ve decided to pursue US green cards. For us, the USA offered everything we wanted – ability for professional and personal growth.

After I found the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram I decided to go with them because they were very confident that they could win my case. As anyone knows applying for an EB1 green card is very expensive and so I really felt I had to choose the very best law firm to represent me. After talking with Attorney Chris Ingram extensively over the phone and deciding to go with him I was appointed an EB1 specialist would be responsible for working closely with me day to day to ensure that the right documentation was gathered, compiled and presented so that the Attorney could work the evidence into hopefully winning case. My EB1 specialist was Lindsey. Lindsey became my primary point of contact and I found that when you depend on someone for something that important for your life and future, it tends to get really personal… I’m glad I head the pleasure of working with Lindsey though.

I would tell anyone that putting together a great EB1 green card case is an arduous process. It takes time and a lot of work. I never considered giving up though…I’m just not that type of person. After all, I believe that one must work hard and prove him/herself if he/she wants to be allowed to be part of the world’s most influential country. If you can’t “survive” the process, USA is not for you. My motivation? Well, in one hand I really wanted to live in the US and in the other hand, once I started the EB1 petition process it felt like challenge. And as every challenge I won’t be able to live with myself if I didn’t do my best to win it.

Obviously the best part of the process was getting the approval so here is my story – It was a morning and I had a scheduled call with Lindsey when she brought the news to me… as soon as you hear “I have news from USCIS” your heart starts racing. And when she told me “You’re approved” I felt like I just won the lottery. I asked her several times, just to make sure she’s not joking… no, she wasn’t joking 🙂  After you fight for something for a long time and you finally get it, it just feels rewarding! A job well done! My wife and I invited many of our friends to celebrate the news with us.

Next step was our move to the US – Well first off it’s downright exciting… having to plan it all, having to decorate a new home, buy a new car… it’s exciting. But I suppose the best part is the optimism that comes knowing that you’re in the hot spot of the world and everything you want can be achieved. It’s the feeling that you are giving yourself, your family and your future children a better life and opportunity. That’s what matters to me the most.

My advice to anyone would be  to just see if you have a chance at it. If you do, then do everything you can to get that “You’re approved” phone call. Be patient and never give up. The only thing standing between you and your EB1 green card is your dedication.
