Tell me about where you are from and a little bit about your career and what you do
I was born and raised in Bordeaux (south west of France) and my wife Shu is from China. We met each other during our study in Bordeaux, at Esmod International a Fashion Design school. Right after school we launched together our own media and communication agency and pretty quickly we moved to Paris because Bordeaux is a lovely city but not exactly the perfect place for business. Since that time our company has never stop growing, our multi-platform media brand “Be Street” became the go to reference guide about urban/street culture in France and Europe, we were able to hire few people and create campaigns for brands like Nike, Converse, Casio, New Balance and much more…
Have you ever lived in the US before? If so, under what circumstances? If not, what aroused your interest in a move to the US? We never really lived in the US before… We been there few times for holidays and short business trips and since the first time we landed in L.A (about 4 years ago) our main goal was to be able to move here. Los Angeles is the cradle of the Street industry. Most of our clients are US companies based here in California and for us it was obvious to move here if we want to expand our company. From a personal perspective the lifestyle in California is for us the best in the world… The weather, the peoples, the energy and creativity of the city of Los Angeles made it the perfect place to live.
How did you decide to pursue an EB1?
At the beginning I didn’t know what type of visa will be the best option for me. The Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram was recommended by a friend and after few call conferences with Chris and his team they suggested us to pursue an EB1 green card.
.
What was your experience with the EB1 green card petition process? Did you ever consider giving up? What was your motivation to keep pressing on?
I never considered giving up! Honestly it was a lot of work but it was the price to pay to fulfill our dream. I’ll tried to stay focussed throughout the process and be responsive to answer all the requests from Chris and his team.
.
.
.
What kind of relationship did/do you have Chris (and his team)?
During the process I always felt very supported by Chris and his team. It was more like a partnership than just a client/lawyer relationship. They were all very involved in my case and they’re all truly passionate people – I really felt like they were fighting for me the whole time. I got weekly updates by phone other updates by email I always felt I was in good hands.
.
What were you doing when you found out you were approved? What was your immediate reaction? How did you celebrate?
Probably one of the best day in my life and the most amazing Christmas gifts (my case was approved on Dec. 24th). I’ll never forget than morning when I received this email from Lindsey asking me to call her back when I have a minute. I was with my wife and we didn’t know if it was to break good or bad news. When she said our case was approved we just jumped and scream like crazy people all over our place.
.
.What are you looking forward to the most about moving to the US?
The opportunity to bring our business to the next level and raise our family in one of the best places in the world.
.
.
What will you miss the most about the France?
I don’t think we will really miss France because we’ll have to be there at least few times a year for business purposes. We’ll keeping our offices and staff in Paris so we’ll always stay very connected with this country even if we plan to spend the most part of our time here in L.A.
What advice would you give to any immigrant considering an EB1 green card or who is already in the process?
Never give up! Work hard, trust in Chris and his team and whatever it takes do it, you’ll never have any regrets. Just being taken on as the client of the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram means you’re already half way there.

Thanks Benny, Great Interview
.
EB1 Green card Success: We work with the best and the brightest if you will from all over the world it’s amazing. Benny from Paris is a very cool personality. Benny is quite young but has successfully published his own high end Urban Street scene magazine called Be Street and is constantly courted by the press and other media. Recently major sporting brands have reached out to him to put on events that will promote their brands to this urban demographic.
.
As always it really does take an in-depth consultation with the prospective client to really as if often the case persuade them that yes they are great EB1 green card candidates. The truth is that many high flyers are so modest that they would not even consider themselves as being aliens of extraordinary ability unless a previous successful client or we persuaded them. Well, Benny was certainly modest, but I only had to look at all that he had achieved in such a short period of time to see that it would be a fun and exciting case to put together. We got to work and sure enough within just a few months he was approved.
.
We love EB1 green cards because we get to work with very interesting and accomplished people. As we win won case we’re hungry for another.
