A Dream to Reside in the United States

While David never previously resided in the United States, he has had a lifelong ambition to move to the US. Through his numerous visits to Florida and other parts of the country, David knew that the US was the right place for him to settle down, and we were committed to making this dream of David’s a reality.

The EB1 Visa Process and Transferring a Business

David developed “Quickshifter” technology as a primary part of his business, which uses electronics that give riders racing motorcycles the ability to shift through the gears more efficiently, allowing for more acceleration.  This development of technology was one of the driving forces in David’s EB1 Application.

Many of our clients move to the US with their spouses and younger children; however, in David’s case, he was also looking to move his successful business to the United States, as well. David was able to successfully transfer his business to Florida, where he could take advantage of the US market while enjoying his Green Card Status.
