Jackie’s Journey From Client to General Manager

Jackie’s story reflects the heart of LOCMI. Formerly a U.K. barrister and court clerk, Jackie first came to the firm as a client seeking an E-2 Investor visa to relocate her family to the United States. Experiencing the immigration process firsthand gave her invaluable insight into the challenges, emotions, and expectations our clients face. The E-2 Investor visa allows qualifying entrepreneurs to live and work in the U.S. by investing in a U.S. business, as outlined by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

After successfully securing her family’s visa, Jackie joined LOCMI’s Intake Department, where she openly shared her journey with prospective clients. Her dedication and understanding quickly propelled her into roles as Caseworker and Case Manager, before becoming General Manager in 2021.
