Get ready for Muslim Ban 2.0. Really?

On Thursday February 16th President Trump again stated in a press conference that he was going to issue a new travel ban by Wednesday 22nd at the latest. The goal would be to re-draft it so as not be unconstitutional. It’s impossible to predict precisely what any new travel ban would look like that would stand up to constitutional scrutiny. Any Executive order would be effective upon signing.
