Part 5 E2 Visa Finding the Right Business
Find the Perfect E-2 Visa Business
Launch Your U.S. Dream with Confidence
Welcome to Part 5 of the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram’s E-2 Visa series! We’re excited to guide you through finding the ideal business for your E-2 investment visa, ensuring a strong start in the U.S.
Overcoming Business Search Challenges
Finding the right E-2 business from abroad can be tough. Online searches are easy, but connecting with U.S. brokers often frustrates clients due to international communication hurdles like time zones or callback issues. With patience and our expert guidance, you’ll secure the perfect business to meet USCIS requirements.
Why You Need an Accountant
A CPA is essential to verify a business’s financials, ensuring the seller’s claims are accurate. A Chartered Financial Analyst or MBA can also provide a financial viability letter, strengthening your E-2 visa business plan.
Do You Need a Business Attorney?
Yes, often! A business attorney helps with real estate, leases, licenses, permits, or partnership agreements, ensuring your purchase aligns with commercial law. They’re key to a smooth transaction.
Focus on Immigration Expertise
As your immigration law firm, we handle visa requirements, but for business-related matters, rely on CPAs or business attorneys. Like our client Joe, who transformed a camera shop, the right professionals ensure success.
