What was your visa choice and how did you come to that decision?
Initially, like many others, I was in the H1B visa queue with an EB2 priority date, waiting time of more than 10 years. The uncertainty surrounding the timeline for obtaining a Green Card through the EB2 route was concerning, both for me and my family. Despite working for one of the world’s leading cloud companies, there was always a risk associated with the visa status. Thinking about the long-term stability and future of my family, it became a straightforward decision to pursue the EB1A path, which offered a more direct and expedited path to permanent residency.

We plan to celebrate this milestone with our family and friends, cherishing the newfound stability and opportunities that lie ahead.
