Fiancée and Marriage Visas

This is the time of year when we get a lot of requests for assistance with helping prospective clients with fiancée and marriage visas, typically, the K1 Visa, K3 Visa, Consular Green Cards and Green card by Adjustment of status. To help my prospect clients navigate their way through this jargon I posted a now very popular quick summary of these options on one webpage.  Click Here.

I can't believe how much this page has helped so many people and as a result we are taking on more cases. So if you have any confusion about which visa is right for you please check the quick summary and then browse the other pages in fiancée and marriage visas. Click Here.

What I’d like to review in this article is the notion of ‘paying peanuts and getting monkeys’. Longer standing visitors and clients to our website know that we pride ourselves on being a higher end law firm. In other words, you can definitely find ‘mass market chop shop law bureaus’ providing a low quality service for a low price. My practice has positioned itself as far from these outfits as possible.

My approach to this type of immigration perhaps more than others is to provide a very personal service, where you can talk to me as often as you need to get the answers from a fully qualified lawyer. During this time of massive life change often involving turning your life completely upside down, taking the plunge and all the cultural adjustments you’ll be going through, you need to be able to talk to a qualified lawyer who can provide you with the reassurance you’ll need.  This is the service my practice strives to provide, we are not chasing quantity, we’re looking for clients to choose us for quality and trust.

In an environment where US Immigration claims that 50% of all K1 visas, K3 visas, Consular green cards, and green cards by Adjustment of Status cases are fake, this environment can be quite hostile and you’ll find a lot of conflicting information on web and even within USCIS. There are so many pitfalls that I’d describe it as a minefield.  We’ve been doing these visas for years and our goal as always is to produce the best highly documented cases possible so that on an immigration officer’s worst day, they’ll be impressed by the quality of our case above the others that might come in that day. My goal is to ensure that our client’s cases are processed as smoothly as possible and to provide them with ample support so they can focus on their new life.

Please study the links above and educate yourself as much as possible about your options. Call me and I’ll be more than happy to clarify any questions you have before we take on your case.

Bearing these issues in mind I look forward to working with you very soon.
